Methods of payment for passports at Canadian Government Offices abroad may vary based on local banking regulations. It is advisable to confirm acceptable methods of payment with the Canadian Government Office where you will be submitting your passport application.

Individuals who request a passport service must pay the appropriate fee with their application, or it will not be processed.
Applicants who cancel their application or are refused a passport are not eligible for a refund.
