Passport Canada
In-person service (10 working days) and express service are available at the Richmond office. However, clients requesting express or pick-up service must pick up their passport at the Vancouver Passport Canada office. All other passports will be delivered by mail. Urgent service is not available at the Richmond office.

There is a $20 non-refundable convenience fee, for each passport application, payable to Canada Post for this service (taxes are applicable).
